Mural in Franklin Underpass Approved!

Thank you for supporting creative placemaking in the Franklin Corridor! After hearing from the community and reviewing its code, the City of Bend permit department has determined that Kaycee Anseth will be allowed to install her mural in the pedestrian tunnel of the railroad underpass at Franklin Avenue! This is a first step toward improving the Franklin Corridor as a key connection for people traveling east-west.
